The final push and thanks to everyone for making it happen
Right now Mounttown is evacuated and we're all here in 28- 29 Nassau St getting the hundreds and hundreds of dresses ready for tomorrow's sale. It has been a busy few weeks for us all and I hope that after achieving much publicity and benefiting from the on-bus advertising here in Dublin, many more people will know about the Down Syndrome Centre.
So many people have helped us out and so many more will tomorrow when we engage the services of teams of volunteers in Dublin, Cork and Galway to create a even bigger event than last year.
Who would have believed that there are so many beautiful dresses that people no longer want to wear? As someone put it, one person's trash is another persons treasure and the only way to discover the difference for yourself is to get in to the Royal College of Physicians, Dublin to the Meyrick Hotel, Galway, to the School of Music, Cork tomorrow.
