Laughternoon 2011
It’s that time of year again folks when all of us here in Down Syndrome Centre are gearing up in preparation for our annual Christmas fundraising lunch, Laughternoon.
As usual we’ll be in the Four Seasons Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, on Friday 16th December.
Tickets cost €125 per person. Tables of ten or twelve can be accommodated.
The day commences with a festive cocktail reception at 12.30pm, and the four course lunch, with wine follows an hour later. There will be all the usual trimmings of music, laughs and a few well known faces to entertain you during the afternoon. And as perennial as any good TV Christmas Special will be our own special fundraisers, the Tree of Gifts and the New Year Pamper Me Raffle. Here for a donation you are invited to either pick a numbered star from the Christmas tree which will correspond to a super prize. Or enter our raffle for a hotel break for two in the New Year.
All of these prizes and breaks are donated by businesses and supporters of Down Syndrome Centre. And to them we are continually grateful.
To help express our thanks, and to give these donors some recognition their names and website will be listed here. The list will be added to each time a new organisation donates.
