Physiotherapy – Ann
Physiotherapy can benefit children in many ways. From the earliest stages, advice and instruction regarding the physical handling and positioning of your little one can contribute to improving tone and postural alignment as your child develops. The Physiotherapist can work with you and your child to facilitate Gross Motor Milestones such as rolling, sitting, standing and walking. Older children may experience difficulties with balance and co-ordination skills which a Physiotherapist can identify and work with the child to improve, giving them more confidence to participate in activities with their peers.
Ann O’Sullivan is our Physiotherapist at The Down Syndrome Centre. To contact Ann with any queries contact our main reception on (01) 661 8000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and Ann will respond to you directly.
