You’ve just finished 10km for us – the least we can do is give you a fun time (and somewhere to sit down)!
The great thing about this year’s Mini Marathon is that it is taking place on Sunday, June 2nd so you’ll have the following day (it is a Bank Holiday weekend, after all) to recover! Sore muscles, sore head – whatever!
Every year we’ve made it our priority to give our Mini Marathoners a good send-off and an even better welcome back after the race. This year we’ll be taking over a fabulous city centre venue again and making sure that you get into the party spirit with music, face painting, photo ops, drinks and food.
There are two types of women who do the Mini Marathon for us: the ladies who train to run all or some of the course and the ladies who mark it in their calendars as a day to catch up with their friends and let their hair down. Whichever one you are, you’ll still be finishing off a 10km route for us so you deserve to be fantastically proud of yourself and that calls for a celebration!
After Party details to follow soon!!!
