Fundraising

Homepage Virtual 10km Mini Marathon Fundraising

Thank you for choosing to fund raise for the Down Syndrome Centre. We are so grateful!

Where to Start

The fun doesn’t have to stop with the runing! Create a JustGiving Fundraising Page to help raise vital funds for the Down Syndrome Centre through this year’s first ever 21 by 21 Half Marathon challenge.

For online fundraising questions please contact us at madeline@downsyndromecentre.ie or 01-661-8000.

For good old fashioned sponsorship cards, please contact us at the email or phone number above. We are happy to send out sponsorship cards, sometimes it’s the best way to reach out to friends, family and work colleagues!

Top Fundraising Tips

1.Create a dynamic online fundraising page. Add a profile picture and a little note about yourself, and why you are choosing to fundraise. People want to know why you’re doing what you’re doing… however crazy it is!

2. Update your friends and family often. Sometimes it takes more than one post on your social media page to get results! Especially with a length of time. Every half-marathon or run you do, let people know!

3. Teamwork makes the dream work. Consider joining up with a few friends or family members and making a joint fundraising page. It’s way more fun to watch the numbers climb with a little help from your friends!
